Just saw Kate Winslet and director hubby Sam Mendes arm in arm at the corner of Christopher and Houston. Both looked liek they just had woken up, her hair was not the best shade of blonde. Shorter than i would have imagined but still very beautiful.

We just had dinner at Periyali on 20th between 5th and 6th ave, sitting right next to Martin Short. He was with 3 Hollywood types, yukking it up. Apparently, there really is no off button for Martin Short. Anyway, he had a normal dinner and then ordered chocolate ice cream for dessert. He also got up at one point and did a live acting demonstration that his friends found very funny. Just thought you should know.

Just saw everyone's favorite tranny, Isis, at the intersection of Broadway and 42nd chatting on her phone. Very pretty and slight in person, though her choice of footwear left something to be desired; knee-high red and gold flat boots that looked like, well, a tranny's take on Tibet.

Beyonce Knowles in the underground mezanine of Rockefeller Center surrounded by an entourage at 8:24pm. Beyonce was wearing a sequined gold dress w/ a fur and Louboutins. She looked radiant and I was shocked at how small her face was! She looked very petite but tall for her frame...not at all the "curvy" I would expect. She said hello as she passed our table, in an awkward way as we were shocked to see her and staring not very subtly.

just saw Nigel Barker and his very pregnant wife, Cristen Chin coming out of 568 Broadway. I was coming in as they were coming out. I suspect they had just made a visit to Bliss since that is in my building. Nigel was very handsome, very tall with very broad shoulders. He seemed very sweet towards his wife; ushering her through the door and down the street.

Saw Robin Williams in a beanie and large sunglasses buying a pair of headphones at 8th and Broadway at AC Gears. Wasn't sure it was him until he spoke. A few minutes later ran into Brett Ratner as he entered with assumed girlfriend. Was ranting on the phone about Al Pacino, Steve Buscemi and various other Hollywood types while he shopped.
